Max completed his first house flip at just 18 and went on to build a successful metalworks business that has thrived for over 20 years.

Kate, a former school teacher with over 16 years of experience, is now a full-time property entrepreneur. In 2024 alone, she successfully renovated and rented out three properties and is now focused on scaling into commercial and development projects.

Trained through Property Entrepreneur with Daniel Hill, Kate brings up-to-date knowledge and insight into today’s dynamic property market. Based in West Yorkshire and operating nationwide, we’re proud to deliver quality homes, smart investment opportunities, and tailored property solutions across the UK.
